Pictured above is what I consider the most underutilized keys on a standard computer keyboard and somehow I felt the urge to take a snap of it and put it here, for "artistic" purposes...well, not really.
Honestly, I was feeling a little groggy at my workstation when I snapped that. Yeah, that is what "Graveyard" shift does to you. When your body is longing for sleep you will do anything just to keep yourself awake and soldier on until dawn.
Come to think of it, these Seldom Used keys do signify something. For me, they also represent my skills and talents that are now being put in the back burner because of the demands of my job. I have a lot of things that I want to do, but have to sacrifice them to be able to divide my time as an employee, a father, and a husband, which of course is "The" right thing to do.
I really do hope that I get to do those things again because as I always describe myself, I am a Jack of all Trades, so putting my other skills aside does not really sit well with me. Those skills should be utilized and not be "seldom used."
Until next post...
